Information about products, prices and delivery

he price of each product available on our website is final price, including VAT.VAT is not paid by legal entities or companies registered for VAT in the European union who provide a valid VAT number. The delivery is pay by the customer and depends from the rates of the carrier selected by him. Online orders are accepted 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

Working time for consultations and orders from Monday to Friday from 07:00 to 16:00

GMT. Time for delivery of the ordered products  depends from the area in which the client is and the method of delivery (land or air).

Returns

According to Art. 55, para. 1, item 1 of the CPA, the customer may withdraw from the purchase and return it within 7 days from the date of delivery if:

• Restricted presentation form of the product is available
• Keep the original packaging and label
• There are no traces of use

Shipping costs of returning the goods shall be borne by the Customer in both directions
